Welcome to EnoviaLife! In order to obtain quality playing time with us, a list of regulations must be followed. Please read carefully. The RP, as well as the pleasure of our players is a priority. 2. Any attempt to exploit, use a bug or any other means to benefit from goods outside the context intended for the game will result in a definitive ban without warning.
3. All forms of spam / advertising is prohibited.
4. Any pseudo with sexual connotations, racist, coarse ... is prohibited and liable to ban.
4.1 A nickname including a first name AND a last name is mandatory
4.2 Ridiculous nicknames like Jean-Cule and so on are prohibited under penalty of sanction.
5. Respect is a very important concept at Enovia. Even if the situation escalates, a certain level of respect is required at all times.
6. Trolls will be banned without warning.
7. Lack of Role-Play may be penalized. (ex: revenge after a death)
8. There is no such thing as a flawless system. Don't play smart in order to turn the rules to your advantage.
9. Fear RP doesn't apply. You can defend yourself

In-Game Regulations
1. The use of the global chat (blue) is prohibited.
2. The Isle of the Dead north of Altis (084251) is strictly off-limits on pain of permanent Ban.
3. It is forbidden to kill without cause RP. (Freekill is prohibited as well as ram per vehicle)
4. It is forbidden to disconnect during an RP interaction.
5. A disconnection after a death (eg: ALT + F4) will be liable to ban.
6. We are on an RP server. When you are in play, you play as a character; You must therefore speak as such. Everything you say should be within the scope of your RP character. Use words "Rp" to make yourself understood. Here are some examples : - Teamspeak = Secure radio - Forum = Government website - Reboot = End of the world - Bug = Dark magic
7. Safe-Zones are delimited by a blue and / or red circle. (Rebel camps are also Safe-Zones)
7.1 No rebel / rebel material is allowed (only applies to blue circles).
7.2 Firearms must be stored (on your back) in Safe-Zones (except Rebel camp).
7.3 Any act of aggression is prohibited inside a Safe-Zone (knocking, robbing, shooting from outside the zone, etc.).
7.4 Vehicle theft is prohibited in the safe zone.
7.5 Only the police have the possibility of initiating a PR action in a safe zone eg: routine check (the suspect always has the possibility of escaping).
7.6 It is strictly forbidden to take refuge in the Safe-Zone to save yourself from a RP action.
7.7 No shots are allowed in Safe-Zone (except Rebel camp).
8. A written or vocal summons is required at ALL times before a PR action. Make sure that the person (s) in question know about it.
8.1 Warning shots are tolerated for air and land vehicles. Prioritize the horn and your voice before using your weapons (Flight less than 300m / Shots must not hit the vehicle).

2. EnoviaLife will only reimburse the following types of claims: Server crash, dispute with players, major problem with the server (eg: Hacker or other)
2.1 The Administration reserves the right to refuse a request for reimbursement if it does not meet the requirements.
3. No refund request will be accepted without proof (screenshot or video).

Rebel Rules
Rebel groups *
1. The maximum number of players for a rebel group is

3. To formalize your gang you will need to fill out an application on the forum.
3.1 Once it is approved, your gang will be formalized and will therefore be able to access the following operations: Customs clearance / banking / hostage taking
4. Note that formalization is a PRIVILEGE. EnoviaLife then reserves the right to withdraw it from you in the event of non-compliance with the rules.

1.2 It is forbidden to have false hostages as well as to give the ransom to a hostage to keep the money in safety.
1.3 The maximum ransom is $ 100,000 per hostage.
2. To rob the bank, you need a minimum of 7 connected police officers. (No hostages allowed)
2.1 It should be noted that the police are not obliged to issue a warning at the time of the robbery.
3. To make a customs clearance, you need a minimum of 4 connected police officers. (Minimum of 1 Corporal)
3.1 The rebels must send a written summons to the police 5 minutes before the assault.
3.2 If the customs are empty, the rebels must still send a text message to the police 5min before the customs clearance so that they send a negotiator to determine the terms of the occupation. (Note that the negotiator has full immunity during negotiations)
3.3 If the customs capture is successful, the rebels will be able to occupy the customs for a maximum of 30min.

This must come from an illegal source (drug dealer, robbery).

If you get pulled over by chance, a police officer with good PR will not search you for no good reason. * The goal of a rebel is not necessarily to shoot anything that moves. Try more communication by creating fun PR actions for both camps.
